[Highly rated reviewer]Good for an otaku who likes in-jokes. Plenty of references to other anime series and fourth wall jokes. Too fast paced and jokey for me personally.
Wacky Becky Joins the ClassBy a customer from Leicester , 02 Dec 2008I loved this volume. It was brillant and wacky. A 10 year old teaching a class of older students. I wished I had a teacher like that. And what's the deal with those aliens? Weird! Anyway I will defently buy this one.

So strange it's hard to stop watching.By JWhitfield (28 reviews) from South west, England , 24 Jul 2008I saw a few eps from this series when it was broadcast on sky and I hoped to find more explanation when veiwed in series... don't bother trying. There is no explanation, just enjoy the ride.
It's wacky, weird, bizarre and totally indescribable but hilarious at parts, funny in others and so unbelievable you can't look away. There's a similar bunch of characters to the girls in Azumanga Daioh, in fact one pair seems almost cut and pasted, and the teacher's immaturity and mood swings can be compared to the same from Negima but it lacks the serious substance from either series. (though there wasn't much to be found in Azumanga and Negima's real substance is reserved mostly for the books.)
This series doesn't seem to have a real plot to urge you forward, just random fun with very unusual students and a very unstable teacher. Not sure when I'm going to watch some more but I don't have anything bad to say about the series yet.
