as christmas is just around the corner, there is no better film to set the mood than this. A classic for young and old (er). Its a good story which has stuck to the well known storyline and will make anyone who isnt keen on christmas a changed person.
Great for all the family, altho a little scary in places, and thats coming from a 21 year old!
George C Scott manages to be the first actor in history to draw out more than two dimensions from the world's best-known Christmas story bar one.
It won't be Christmas until you've watched this film and reflected upon Charles Dicken's perennial message.
