This film is not what it seems

Beware, this movie is actually a colourised print of The Great Rupert, so you get a picture of lurid hues and unnatural flesh tones. Not only that, one scene has been cropped, presumably to remove a cigarette from the frame, which seems bizarre as other scenes with cigarettes have been left untouched.

However if neither of these things bother you the film is an average comedy. Rupert the Squirrel will please children, but doesn't feature perhaps as much as he should. Acceptable fare, but no Christmas classic.
