A Double Life
The exploration of the personality of Anthony John (Ronald Colman), a brilliant but schizoid actor who is a specialist in classic drama but whose personality changes when he portrays Othello on stage. His outgoing character endears him to all - but his wife is terrified that one day his cruel streak, and the fact that he believes he really is Othello, will overtake his personality. And in a short affair with Pat Kroll, a sexy blonde waitress, those fears look set to become reality...
