25 years is a long time in the world of pop/rock, so these guys must have been doing something right.

For A-ha fans this is a must and some will probably find it a bit emotional as it's a visual record of their last ever concert.

As a concert film it is very good, lots of interesting shots of the band and audience and I think that it does a pretty impressive job of capturing what looks to have been a spectacular evening.

The picture quality is extremely sharp and importantly for a live DVD the sound mix is excellent.

I think that the only criticism I can level is that for a farewell DVD there could have been a lot more extras (music videos, interviews, articles about the history of the band) The recent '25' was a good start but missed out a number of videos.

    Totally recommend it.

THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS Show review anywayHide

Great concert got better as it went along, just a pity that as it was a farewell gig songs 'Train of thought','Touchy','You are the one', & 'Dark is the night' were left out! as these were big hits for them in their time!

Don't know if this was right and the DVD was heavily edited for release or maybe the band felt these were not big enough hits for fans to want see played. Anyway didn't spoil the concert and as the title says they did end on a high note!!

I have been an a-ha fan since 1984 and from then till now have always been amazed. They are and were the best band in the world and from the first concert to the last i was there .This concert was fantastic but sad as they were going there seperate ways after. I saw morten in concert himself in birmingham this year it was fantastic but not the same .As a music dvd this is outstanding better in blu-ray and even better live .

  • Aha- ending on a high note worth a watch

This is a great concert if you're just about to celebrate your 40th birthday. The musicianship and vocal harmonies are shown in full. Would have give it five stars but Morten Harket just never really seems like he's enjoying performing to his fans. Best concert of there's I've seen though and I've been to a few.

  • Brillant Last Concert from A-ha

I Saw A-HA Live in December 2005 on their Analogue Tour and have grown up with their music.I Have been a huge fan since 1985 and this last ever concert was great visually and was very emotional. You can see a lot of the crowd in tears knowing they will never see A-Ha live again.

They sing a lot of their hits throughout their impressive 25 year career ending with the biggest of them all Take On Me.You can see that Morten,Mags and Pal are also emotional as they play these songs for the last time. The visual setting is fantastic and i loved The Living Daylights as Mags gets the audience to sing along.A Great finale to a band who will be greatly missed.

I missed them when they came to Sheffield in December so this was a nice reminder of what they have a achieved over the last 25 years. Never recognized for their consistently great music.

Hunting High and Low and Summer Moved On are clearly the highlights and the encore well it couldn't be better. What a way to finish!

Only downside is sound quality but I suppose that's due to it being live or my crappy headphones.
