Diane Lane is 13 or 14 in this. Her `love intererst` is of about the same age. It is difficult to take teenagers seriously at the best of times, and this film, unfortunately, does not usher in even the better of times.
Laurence Olivier must have owed the Mafia money or something, to have taken part in this turkey.
The only thing to recommend this awful film is that surely it eventually ends.
On the other hand, like me, you probably won't reach the tranquil nirvana of the closing credits before you turn off this rubbish...
