A Man Of No Importance
The passengers on bus conductor Alfie Byrne's route are treated daily to excerpts from Oscar Wilde. Each year he produces a play in the church community hall and this year wants to produce 'Salome'. He finds his leading lady in the form of Adele but being homosexual is unhappy when his sister Lily tries to match the two. Meanwhile, the local butcher, along with Lily, tries to stop the production of 'Salome'...
