it is a great play and the acting is good, but the film is a bit too long

I`d read the play before I watched the film and I loved it. I expected the film to be the same exciting and moving. It is a good film with really good acting but unfortunately some scenes are too long making the viewer lose interest. If the director cut out a few mins, it`d be a nice film to watch.

    yuck!

boooorrring! P diddy can't act. Although all the other actors were good the plot as so 'dry' it as adapted from a play so could explain why there were only a hand full of actors and it dragged on so! DOn't bother renting it

    Excellent

tough life for a family with inspirations and goal setting techniques. good family bonding organised under the mother. sharing of good and bad times in a racist community. They maintained their stance for what they wanted and worked hard for. i can go on and on..........

    A Raisin in the sun

The film was ok, it had a few good bits to it, but the ending could of been better.

    I thought it was good....

It is a bit on the long side but I thought it was a good watch. After the first hour you can kinda guess what's going to happen next and how it might end but it's good none the less.
