When I ordered this film I thought it was a relatively new release..! I was shocked when I put it on I found it was quite an old classic movie. I nearly turned it off (How Shallow!), but decided to watch it. It turned out to be a good decision..The film was very engrossing and brilliantly acted. The film is centered around a black american family struggling to survive. A large family living in a two bedroom flat. Some money is coming their way and each of the family members has their own aspirations of what could be possible. I found this a very morally warming film and am now seeking out other old classics..! I strongly recommend this film..!
