Another music star makes her transition from songstress to actress... however this is suprisingly good, once past the usual teen flick it gets to some real unexpected depths as Shane West (Get Over It) falls for young Mandy Moore (Princess Diaries) and trys to help her live out her dreams, this isn't quite romeo and juliet but it's still heart renching stuff that proves some of these kid's really can act! The film is innocent enough but the issues at hand are directed at a more adult audience... hankys at the ready!

I love all Nicholas Sparks adaptations, the storylines are wonderful, cry & laugh at all of them! Me and my mum love our movie nights in with our Tearjerkers and Popcorn!

Absolutely LOVE this film. It is a typical teenage love film which is exceptionally moving and emotional to watch. The sound track is amazing!

  • Good Movie

This was a thoroughly watchable and enjoyable movie. The only down side was that it was sooooooo predictable that there was no chance of it being a 'weepy'. It was a pleasant way to while away an hour or two as long as you don't have any expectations of a twist in the tale. What you see is what you get.
