Classic comedy - How stupid can you get? How stupid do you want me to be!

This is a classic 'if you like this kind of thing then this is the kind of thing you will like' - a series of sketches for Bud and Lou to engage in the kind of slapstick routines linked by a flimsy plot that you will love or hate. I loved it age 10 and I still love it today - Lou Costello has such an expressive face and the camera loves him - there are some classic scenes in this movie - the medallion switcheroo restaurant scene, the just whistle if you see the Mummy scene, the take your pick/shovel scene and Marie Windsor`s gravity defying decolletage! They went into decline as the public preferred the sleazier Dean Martin, Jerry Lewis pictures.- Was this review helpful to you?
