Now I know why I didn't watch the series when it was on TV! Very tiresome, repetitive humour. After a while the joke wore very thin so I didn't watch it all!
I'm a retired high school librarian. Living with my partner who is also female for over 39 years. She has teminal bone cancer and when we were given a prognosis of 6 months for her to live in 2005, we made great use of our LoveFilm (or ScreenSelect) subscription. Watching films and reading books kept us sane! We're happy to say that she's still with us, (November 2007), still driving and still enjoying life. We do enjoy the odd, quirky film - often foreign but they must be well made, scripted, directed etc.
