Gary Busey is a popular draw in the straight-to-video stakes nowadays, and this is a typically no-nonsense slice of action hokum. Here he's a Vietnam vet who fights back when Ray Sharkey and some terrorist pals seize his yacht with his children on board. There are echoes of Busey's Under Siege in the ocean-bound plotting, but it's not in the same class as that action spectacular. Nevertheless, Busey and Sharkey spark off each other nicely and it makes for undemanding entertainment.

Reasonable story, pathetic acting, was surprised they used my home country in it, was a nice surprise. Had to watch as well even though it was bad the story was okay and it just managed to carry me to the end of the film, no tears shed, no scary stuff, mostly laughable. But if ya want to watch films of all genres and types then ya gotta watch em all to know what is good bad and ugly eh?! Oh Vosloo from the Mummy is in this nice piece of hiney...........erm........

A rather second rate action triller

If I hadn't seen the release date 1988, I would have thought it to be anything up to 20 years earlier. It was so dated and weak. Not really worth the time watching unless you are bored with TV progs. as well, and its not even as good as many of those!!
