This is the sort of stuff that Peter Jackson was doing in the 1980s, low budget splatter fests. The story is essentially The Crow but done in the style of Fist of the North Star.
It is not bad it has just been done loads of times before and while some of effects are fun to watch some are just plain daft.

If you like strange films or splatter films then you'll love this! reminds me of tokyo gore police, if you like blood you'll like this- Was this review helpful to you?

What a Weird Film !!!
