    [Highly rated reviewer]

This is quite possibly the biggest waste of life i have ever encontered and i regularly have to endure all the soaps as a result of my girlfriend!

For the duration of the programme you are 'entertained and informed' by a monotone dull presenter that goes through workouts that were nothing new 50 years, countless dvd's, magazines and books ago.

I am a personal trainer and watched this in the hope of finding even one new idea or exercise. Needless to say i was not imprssed by the incredibly wooden presenters ego trip that mascarades as a learning tool. To say the predictable routines included were dated regurgitations would be an understatement.

Avoid like the plague unless you have trouble sleeping, and even if you do you may just be irritated instead of tired.

Absolutely awful. Complete waste of time. The presenter repeats 'do 12 reps...then do 10 reps...then 8 reps' so many times it becomes laughable! It seems to be about all he has to say!
