Some interesting plot twists in this adaptation of a Ernest Hemingway story. The plodding direction spoils the overall production. It could have been so much better... Personally I would recommend you avoid this 'TV Movie'.- Was this review helpful to you?

Before the Storm
By Coxswain from argyll , 06 Feb 2004After watching this film I wish I had seen the weather forecast and given it a miss. Poor acting by unknown actors (at least they were to me!) was compounded by a poor but predictable outcome. The wife is wiser than me and went to bed long before me, thus leaving me tired and irritable at work the next day. Definitely one to get the Mother in Law.- Was this review helpful to you?
