Airwolf - Vol. 1

Created by Donald Bellisario (JAG, MAGNUM P.I.), AIRWOLF was among the many action-adventure shows of the 1980s that garnered a cult following. Jan-Michael Vincent stars as the improbably named Stringfellow Hawke, a Vietnam veteran still troubled by the disappearance of his brother during the war. Secret government agent Archangel (Alex Cord) approaches Hawke with a unique offer: to help him recover and then become the de facto pilot of the powerful, top-secret helicopter known as Airwolf. With that proposal the series begins chronicling Hawke's adventures, along with his sidekick Dominic (Ernest Borgnine) as pilot of the advanced aircraft. Cult Viewing

Well what can I say takes me back a bit should be cult viewing for anyone growing up in the early 80's. Poor acting, bad story lines, dodgy one liners and not so special 'special' effects, you can't beat it.

Nice helicopter made it all worthwhile. I have tried it out on my kids and they loved it, so give it a go. Not as PC or sophisticated as todays kids stuff but great fun neverless, view before showing to littlies as there can be a bit of blood at times. Doesn't everyone who watched it want to grow up to fly helicopters!
