    Blue Grass at its best

Stumbled upon this concert on BBC4 and have been captivated ever since. Never thought I would be hooked on Country Music, but Alison's effortless singing and Union Station's note perfect sounds go together to make this an unforgettable experience.

    Excellent Concert recording

You'll probably only rent this if you already know Alison's brand of bluewater. I first heard one of her tracks on TOTP2, and loved the song (Let me touch you for a while) instantly. This is quite a change in musical taste for me, as I mainly follow rock and indie bands. But I can only recommend this disc to you, the concert and music is outstanding and didn't disappoint me at all.

PS I still don't like 'country' but Alison Krauss is my only exception.

    My new favourite!

If you enjoy bluegrass this is great viewing. If you don't know if you like bluegrass but like great vocals and stunning instrument playing this is a great intro to the genre. Anybody who has heard the soundtrack of Oh Brother where art thou and loved it should watch. There's even something for Ronan Keating fans.

    Fab

Wonderful entertainment if you love this kind of music. Alison Krauss and the lads deliver a flawless performance. The Dobro player (sorry forgotten his name) deserves a special mention. Hugely enjoyable

    She's an original !!

This is really a classy act for all you Country and Blue Grass fans. Alison and the US had an all fan audience and no one was disappointed including us in front of the TV with the surround turned up LOUD. If you like country and you've never seen or heard these guys I'd say you are from outer space. Fabulous concert!!

    BRILLIANT SHOW

Whilst watching and listening the time flew by. Superb aray of songs. Slow or fast AK+US can do them all. Krauss' humour belies her voice. A very humourus person. If you want to listen to a concert where you can understand every word sung you will surely enjoy this one.
