..but pleasant story with polished performances. The clumsy attempts at surrealism are best forgotten and mostly occur in the early part of the movie - get past that and there is plenty to enjoy.

  • All I Want...is something better!

Watching this movie left me with the feeling that they did the best they could with it.

The story was lacking in detail and imagination; coming close to the line crossing into boredom. Don't get me wrong, the film is watchable but highly forgettable.

The performances, even from Mr Wood, were weak and barely developed beyond reading from the script.

If you see this film in a wire basket at a boot sale then it's worth buying. But make sure you haggle and get it down to 20p!

................ is never to see another movie like this again. What was it about????? If there was a message I missed it completely. THe boy is cute and the usual mother - son thing but besides that and 2 women there was nothing to the movie. I kept watching it thinking there has to be more but was totally disappointed. This definitely gets the worse movie of the year rating from me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I chose this film as I am a big fan of Elijah Wood and to be honest I wasn't expecting much.

Despite my preconceptions I thoroughly enjoyed it. I think I smiled all the way through!

This film is not especially clever although it is very entertaining and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it.

This is a good silly laugh. Nothing shakespeare about it but just a good yarn.
