The film has so many good actors and the main reason for watching this was for sean penn who is such a good actor and he definitely makes the film better than it could have been. Jude Law is very good too. It is just a shame the film did not have a good editor working on the script and the length of the film too
This film was hard work to watch. The story was weak, the relationships between the characters lacked any real passion, the dialogue was hard to follow due to the Deep Southern accents, and it looked as though it had been filmed during a power-cut. Sean Penn was the only positive asset to this turkey of a film.
Those needing a quiet but fun night in this week have, once again, a great selection of new movies to choose from, ranging from thriller to romance to comedy.
