Just bloody funny!
You have to be into the whole slapstick era of comedy, but Ally McBeal is a very funny show. It was written by a lawyer, and gives us insight into lawyers and how proposterous they really are. Makes us laugh whilst showing us the shear genius behind it.
Annoyingly American in that they always win their cases, but You can't have eveything! -

'Friends' in law firm with more edge
A great set of characters, not just Ally make for a fun filled series. A great American series that ranks up there with the best. Manages to hit serious subjects with a twist and a laugh.

Actress Portia De Rossi has denied reports she is planning to undergo fertility treatment in order to start a family with partner Ellen Degeneres.
