A Very Boring portryal of real EventsBy Minny (573 reviews) from London , 09 Mar 2012
[Highly rated reviewer]Oh dear!! I wanted to like this because of the subject matter but the acting is so dire and amatuerish that it's hard to have any interest in the characters. Bradley Cooper (probably one of the few in it that can act) is not in it long enough to make a difference. This is one of those made for tv films and lacks everything that a good movie should have.

American boreBy Withers (33 reviews) from london , 14 Sep 2012What was Bradly Cooper thinking when he went for this film!!!? Firstly the acting by everyone was very poor. No rhythm, wooden like puppets and the conversations just didn't flow. You didn't get to 'meet' the characters and therefore had no empathy for any of them. It was like watching a very poor school play written by 5 year olds. Secondly Bradly's character wasn't needed in the film, he was a spare part - his character was not needed at all. It could have been a good gritty film if Tarantino or the like did it. Honestly, don't bother - massive waste of time and very frustrating, you'll have more fun watching tomatoes grow. Acting doesn't get any worse than this.
Why Bradley?By a customer , 06 Sep 2012If you saw this at your local am dram society you would think 'why did they bother', however Bradley Cooper was in it so I assumed it would get better. But no, poor acting ( not from him) along with little in the line of thrill or drama, left me very disappointed.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUEBy a customer , 12 Jul 2012An absolute steaming pile of doggy doo - cunningly marketed as featuring 'Bradley Cooper' but as per previous reviews, he is hardly in it.
One of those films where you wish for those hours in your life back - AVOID like the plague!
Really really B"r"ad actingBy stuartmbaxter (1 review) , 15 Jun 2012really really really bad acting.
Staring bradley cooper ha ha he is in it for about 3 mins in a really pointless role.
wheres Bradley?By cheatedbylovefilm (3 reviews) , 07 Jun 2012It's not that this movie is bad it's just....why is Bradley Cooper billed as the star of this movie?
Bradley is no where near the star simply because he appears for a grand total of four minutes at most billing him as so is purely misleading and if I was not a fan of super bad acting I doubt I would have finished it...
the story is not bad but seriously it's like watching an American soap... only hire this if you like 'days of our lives'
