what a utter pile of crap i thought this was a film far from it ,not worth the watch at all
Worst film I have ever seen in my life 1hr half of my time wasted that i'll never get back again arrggghhh!!!
This was so boring I could not get past the first 20 minutes. You could not care about these kids. Do not waste your energy on this
Its Rubbish .. USA doc soap.
This is a well-shot documentary, and it took me about 35 minutes to figure out it wasn't a Blair Witch fake-umentary. It's worth watching if you want to see craft and skill at work.
The director has some amazing footage and she has edited it together, albeit disingenuously at times, to create a very compelling picture of some stereotypical teenage lives.
Don't think of it as a movie. Think of it as a commercial-free, non-MTV-produced TV show.

This lasted about 2 minutes before we switched it off. Even my usually tolerant wife insisted it was removed! Save yourself the time it takes to press the eject button and don't bother to rent it!!
We found this a little boring and in some aspects a bit disturbing!
this more like a documentary than a film
Yes it will not win any oscars, and it's not much of a documentary, as in everyone is acting up for the shots, its borderline mock-doc. But put that aside it tells it stories, it in no rush to tell them, and the stories are very teenagerish, was I as bad as that! I think I should immediately say sorry for mine, so strange to watch these kids think the world evolves around them, but at the same time so funny!

Interesting doc, although it feels staged at time and none of the principals is particularly likeable. That said, most of the parents are worse - does a teenage girl need to be told she's not special.
