  probabaly would have been a good film as long as you understood the language
  
  german there where no english subtitles or choice of language settings.

  Not a bad tale, if you dont mind subtitles

  Very different to the first movie (which I loved), more up to date but a similar theme.
  
  There arent any real suprises and some bits didnt seem to make sense, but as long as you arent expecting too much its quite entertaining. I didnt find the german language got in the way but if you are reading the subtitles you have to concentrate just that bit more which makes the film hard work in places.
  
  Not as gorey as the first movie which may dissapoint some the surgical bits are well done but quite low key.
  
  Worth a watch !
