I am a real fan of the books. Read then all cover to cover.
It's actually quite enjoyable watching a movie that hasn't been changed from the book.
All Anne fans this is a MUST ! If you don't mind a chick flick this one is awesome. I would suggest watching Anne of Green Gables the 1st one as it continues on.
I love Anne and Gil. Love the ending.
Enjoy it as much as I did.
Cheers !
This beautifully produced piece has all the family in floods of tears ofcourse but the casting (the same as the first episode of Anne of Green Gables)is superb and hugely believable.
Generations have loved this story but seeing it brought to the screen in this version is the tops. The first story was excellent and this sequel is superb.
A 'must see' if you enjoyed the first dvd.
