Slight and ineffectual flop that substitutes poor gags for thrills.
This film turned out to be a poor follow up to the original Stakeout movie despite a credible performance by Dreyfus & Estevez. Who on earth had the idea of casting Rosie (Can't run a chat show) O'Donnell in this film must need their head examined!
Just don't bother renting it - try something else you've never seen before - it will probably work out for the better.
having watched this film times, I did enjoy the film a lot and would rent again
