Tense, gripping and a fun

Despite the fact that the set-up is very very silly and the plot twists are preposterous, this is a gripping and tense thriller.
Fans of French cinema might object to the Hollywood style action but it's well worth getting some popcorn and having a watch - if only to see it in the original before the inevitable American remake.- Was this review helpful to you?

By a customer , 11 Apr 2013I thoroughly enjoyed this. Vincent Lindon’s performance at the centre of the film makes what could have been very silly stuff gripping and believable. You know he would do anything for her and proves it. Another example of how excellent French filmmakers are at making thrillers. If anything a very good thriller.

Not a good movie if you're in need of cheering up

Gripping & Intelligent.

This is excellent from start to finish, very intelligent and extremely gripping with a very satisfactory ending.
Excellent acting from Vincent Linden.
A sequel would be most welcome as this story could keep revealing itself.
