[Highly rated reviewer]This film title should have read Apartment 13 as it was certainly unlucky viewing for viewers, the central character was depressing and whatever the pretty girl who moved into the flat opposite seen in him is a mystery.
Throw in stereo typical hispanic greasy ladysman supposingly servicing half the ladies in the apartment block and you have a recipy for disaster.
This film was inane drivel, predictable and i would not recommend watching it.
also is this film intended to be a comedy?
dont think so,as it didnt raise many chuckles in our household.

Oh dear. Oh dear oh dear.By Gunduz (6 reviews) from London , 15 Jun 2009This movie brings new meaning to the word 'rubbish'. A badly written script based on a bad plot undertaken with ruthless efficiency by bad actors who are badly miscast. This horrid little movie was shot in 2001 but not released until some 5 years later. This in itself should tell you something, it was held back because no doubt there wasn't a valid market for it and even now has only probably seen the light of day because of interest in Ruffalo. How he must hate this one in retrospect. Trust me, please, i kid you negative, stay away from it,it will be 90 minutes of your life which if you instead spent just staring at your shoes would be a better use of your time.
No!By a customer from Glasgow , 21 Oct 2008The actual disc was damaged so we couldn't watch a vital part of the film - the bit that explained everything - but what we had seen didn't make us want to bother with a replacement.

Customer ReviewBy a customer from UK , 23 Jun 2008If you are having trouble sleeping then this is definitely the film for you... I needed matchsticks in the end to keep my eyes open. I think they were trying for something a bit quirky but failed miserably. Mark Ruffalo is great as the back up man but doesn't have enough charisma to lead a film. To be honest the film could have 30 minutes shorter and it was only an 1hr 20 anyway...
