    Crouching Tiger with attitude.

    This film rocks!!!

Set in modern day korea, with our heros running up and down skyscrapers arahan looks fantastic. With a kind of chosen one who has to find his powers it obviously compares with the first 'Matrix'. Unlike 'The Matrix' however this is funny and never takes itself too seriously.

Check it out before it gets remade with Keanu or someone...

    Slow...

I'm sure that there are many redeeming features to this movie, but unfortunately I kept dozing off during it, so was unable to follow the story...

Korea's answer to Kung Fu Hustle.

Not quite the heart, wit or polish of KFH but there are enough moments of true martial artistry interspersed with genuine slapstic comedy to warrent giving this a watch.

    MINT.... absolutly MINT

This film is Amazing. FUNNY?? I laughed my N+ckers off, the humor is well placed and so quirky..... When the chics in the shower and shouting 'wot did i say bout Palm blasts in the house' look out for it

Its also got a bit of cheese, like a bad guy from another dimention or wot not..

The special fx are great too, still got a kind of 2nd hand hollywood thing about them but.... I just cant stress enough that you shoud get this film....

    Superb

Very funny, superb choreography and superb martial arts skills. Rent it / buy it - its too good to pass by. Arahan confirms Korean action / martial movies as amongst the best! ps if you've surround sound your guests on the sofa will jump out their skins at times, which means for maximum fun you need to invite different people and watching it over (and over) again! Also watch the making of the movie in the extras which shows that the actor did almost all their own stunts and fighting - amazing skills.!.

    Surprisely good

Based on comic, surprisely good and watchable, despite initial 2 star rating at time of hire. May appreciate more if one has some knowledge on Eastern culture/philosophy. Enjoyable. Much better than expected.
