All good things come to an end and sadly Ashes to Ashes is no exception. Ashes to Ashes and Life on Mars have been brilliantly entertaining and Series 3 tied up all the loose ends and ultimately everything now makes sense and we all now know who Gene Hunt really is. Brilliantly acted and the last episode was a stroke of genius, well done to the very clever authors and actors.- Was this review helpful to you?

Gene Genie is the best

By a customer , 27 May 2011We absolutely loved 'Life on Mars' and 'Ashes to Ashes' is following in well trodden footsteps. Equally watchable and just as addictive, we can't wait for the next DVD to arrive! The antics of Gene Hunt continue and the mystery goes on, this series has seen all the characters go from strength to strength and each episode leaves us guessing as to what is coming next. By a customer from London , 09 Dec 2010Just finished paying my BBC cash plan TV licence card. The cheeky monkey's have sent me a demand for 2011/2012 licence now. Oh BBC, you are naughty! Anyway, produce more stuff like this and you can pop a 2012/2013 plan in the post too.
