Avoid like the plagueBy Jonny from Greater London , 13 Jan 2004
[Highly rated reviewer]I didn't actually rent this, but ended up watching on TV last night. It is one of the most preposterous plots for a film I have ever seen - and unfortunately the acting doesn't make up for this. Unless you're in love with Rob Lowe - avoid!

A film of 2 halvesBy a customer from Rushden , 04 Nov 2010Up to the middle this is brilliant; unexpected plot twists, doom and disaster (and that's the part I remembered, so made my family watch it). Then descends in to sentimental cliche which made me cringe.
'Atomic Train'By a customer from Grays , 27 Oct 2008What a great movie, good storyline, good action, good cast, good everything, an absolute 1st class movie would highly recommend it.
Not Blown AwayBy a customer from Birmingham, England , 08 Oct 2007
THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS Show review anywayHideTypical made-for-TV disaster movie. Almost too fast moving for its own good sometimes (more than 5 minutes build up at the beginning would have been good). Some of the disaster effects are ok, but some of the usual Im not leaving without Jack! emotional scenes make it quite nauseating. I definitely wont be going to Dallas if this movie is to be believed - it seems our heros (thats debateable because one of them only seem to be interested in saving himself and his offspring, and using Police property to do it) are the only decent people in the whole City, with the rest of them gun-toting looters and murderers! Worth a look if you like disaster movies, but it wont blow you away.
