What's not to like?

It's funny, the young actors are great, there's plenty of tension and a bit of gore. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm not enjoying the reviews of people using the word 'chav' though. I quite hope one of the fluorescent toothed aliens munches them to be honest.
The fact that so many people seem to hate this film (though only those writing reviews, curiously, if you look at the breakdown of the ratings) confirms to me that I'm out of step with the idiot mainstream and I'm quite pleased.- Was this review helpful to you?

avoid this chav dross

I couldnt take more than ten minutes before having to turn it off acting was bad and if Iwant to spend two hours listening to chav idiots saying thing likee bruv, allow it or bare innit then I would walk about on any UK street and see this kind of scum in 3D. Not as good as I thought it would be...
By ZKPW (42 reviews) , 04 Apr 2012...but I enjoyed it. Much more b-movie than expected (it's no 'Sean of the Dead') and a bit clunky in places and try-hard in others. For example, I know that the director asked the cast to use their street slang and update the script but as a S London native and experienced secondary teacher, some of it felt a bit shoe-horned in. The young cast - especially the youngest two - and the yuppie lad were great, much more likeable and believable than the rest. And although I understand what they were trying to say, the ending was a little underwhelming, which was a shame. Still worth a watch, and buy when it's cheap!- Was this review helpful to you?

Very overrated
