  Don't be put off by the dramatic martial arts beginning to this DVD. It quickly moves on to energy-field clearing exercises based largely on Qi Gong, but more simply and effectively put across than is usual. There is also sensible, down to earth, question and answer session with Austin Goh about the general management of healing and healers, plus clips of direct patient work for specific ailments.

  I have introduced our healing group to the techniques shown in the DVD. Many healers do not adequately balance and clear their own energy field - especially of the more destructive 'yang' energies, before doing healing work on others.
