superb..................

this dvd series is superb. Bad Girls Series 1 introduces you to the world of female criminals in a typical women's prison.

At HMP Larkhall, a fictional prison in London, things are not as normal as you'd expect, especially on G Wing, the wing that the series is based upon. Wing Governor Helen Stewart has to cope with the trauma of running G Wing, with troublesome prisoners, bent officers and poor management from, Prison Governor Simon Stubberfield.

As the gates of HMP Larkhall open, the inmates are rehearsing a fashion show for the prison visitors.

We are introduced to Shell Dockley, top dog of G Wing, Jim Fenner, the worst principal officer an inmate could have, and the 2 Julies, a comical twosome.

In this series, Wing Governor Stewart has to tackle drugs, corruption and her own personal problems as she realises her feelings for an inmate.

i have watched every one of bad girls and enjoy to the most the excellance of how this was put togather, the cast is all good, hard to beleive that some of the things happen in the prison but some of it does,i hope they forever make this programme and give me and the rest of the world the very best
