Disappointed!

Barbara Currie starts her introduction, sitting very round shouldered with terrible posture. I should have known better than to carry on watching but carry on I did, to witness some dangerously advanced moves and with hardly a mention about the breathing and spiritual side of yoga.

By lolarabbit from Haringay , 10 Apr 2005I bought this DVD some time back now and must admit I use it everyday. There are four twenty minute classes. These include an energy class, flexibility, balance and relaxation with a masters class at the end.
It is very well put together and I think, easy to follow. It's comprehensive and does actually get you really quite addicted. Especially good if your one of those folk like myself who has not got the time to go to classes.- Was this review helpful to you?
