After a bomb blast at a vacant land, owned by Hussain Sahib, Police SP Balram starts investigation with Jyothi (from IB Delhi) and Satish Varma to assist him. Hussain Sahib's son Salim, a member of the religious terrorist group, is absconding. And when a body is found on the land, the police discover it belongs to Alex (Dy SP in the Anti Terror wing). Rani Mishra, M. A. Sundarash, John and Dy SP George inform Basha, a notorious underwold don, who lives in Dubai. Basha sends a ring as a gift to his lover, cine actress Supriya. Balram arrests Supriay after arms are found from her house. Basha get Supriya out from jail but as they abscond to London, Balram arrests Supriya again. Under pressure from Basha, Chief Minister transfers Balram from the investigation but he reopens Salim's missing case with the help of minister Hussain Sahib. Balram takes Salim into custody and comes to know about the involvement of George. In an encounter, Varma is killed by Jyothi, a supporter of George. George tries to kill Basha even as Balram tries to save him. Will Basha be brought to book? Will the police catch the real culprit?
