Reports indicate Sharon Stone has signed on to star in a sequel to "Basic Instinct". And Stone has said she may well strip for the film, even though it is 12 years after the original. Hollywood star Sharon Stone fought back tears as she paid tribute to her late friend and "angel" Natasha Richardson on Thursday (21May09) at a charity AIDS event at the Cannes Film Festival. Veteran actor Michael Douglas is recovering from surgery after having his knee replaced. The Basic Instinct star, 64, found himself limping around on the set of his forthcoming film Solitary Man and was instructed by doctors to go under the knife to remedy the problem. Court officials in Los Angeles have released details of a civil lawsuit filed against Hollywood star Sharon Stone after a judge "inadvertently" cloaked the case in secrecy.
