    Flat-out fun

Caretaker of the British National Gallery, Bean, is sent to L.A to officiate the unveiling of recently purchased 'Whistler's Mother'. Typical Bean mishaps and havoc creating antics aplenty, give us many minutes of hilarity. Atkinson truly has to be one of the great comedy performers of all time and puts the rest of the entire cast well and truly in the shade. It does annoy me when a great British comedy is taken across the pond and 'americanised'. Would've got 5 stars otherwise. I dare anyone not to find this funny.

    Bean does it again

Transferring a comedy short character into a full length movie is always a challenge (See Kevin and Perry go large to see it done Well!!!) basically Bean works at an art gallery as a security guard, To get rid of him the office staff send him to the USA as an artistic genius to give a speech on the recent high price painting that has been purchased.

Needless to say things soon go wrong for Bean and the unfortunate family that he is staying with. This is British Bean Humour down to a tea and you will find plenty of laughs to be had.

Worth a watch for Bean fans and anyone who fancies a funny film on a winters night!'!
