For anyone who wasn't there, and wants to get a feel for the late 50s and early 60s, this film will do it. For those of us who were there ,it is pure nostalgia;plenty of stereotypes which brought back my own memories of that era-just on the cusp of the swinging 60s.The film is quite watchable and has a passable story. It must have been one of Oliver Reed 's very early appearances-he hardly speaks 20 words. Adam Faith sings a couple of unknown songs;there is a lot of jiving and teenage parties. I remember it well. Christopher Lee turns in his usual impeccable performance. What is amazing is that the film was ever banned!
