  Emma Watson is in the final stages of signing up to play Belle in an upcoming remake of Disney classic Beauty And The Beast, according to reports. Last year (11) producer Denise Di Novi let slip during a movie junket that the Harry Potter star was holding discussions with director Guillermo del Toro over the role after he described her as the "perfect" actress for the part.
