The rate at which Sandler-driven movie vehicles hit our screens should tell you all you need to know about their quality. The man is just not funny. All the way back to his golden age of Happy Gilmour his humour has been lame. What is the popular fascination with this comedian?- Was this review helpful to you?

Many layers of (acutely well-observed) humour i. e. plenty to keep the grown-ups laughing (and thinking) along with the kids. Sandler's joie-de-vivre is let loose as the audience is taken along for the ride when the bedtime stories start coming true. Fantastic.- Was this review helpful to you?

Sandler grows up a little

Brilliant for bedtime
