'Fast paced, funny, brilliant' - what more can be said about the Divine Ms Midler. It's all here from Friends to Wind Beneath my Wings. What energy - a fantastic show and cetainly an absolute must for Bette fans. She has an excellent singing voice and puts so much heart and soul into the entire show. Look out for the wheelchair bound mermaid choreography!
excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it's the way she tells 'em with her scary eyes and machine gun mind,
what a performer, great dvd and the orchestra sounds good in 5.1
Pleasant. Prefer her films
The Divine Miss M is in full force here ! Her style is loud, raucous and trashy without ever being crude or gratuitous. Along with her usual hits such as 'The Rose' and 'Wind beneath my wings' she sings some unusual choices to (such as a 70's selection).
My only criticism of this concert is that it is perhaps a tad too long at almost 2 and a half hours.
