Big Love - Season 1
HBO's hit series BIG LOVE brings the contentious issue of polygamy to Middle America. Bill Paxton (ALIENS) stars as Bill Henrickson, a Salt Lake City Mormon who appears to have eked out an achingly mundane existence for himself. But scratch beneath the surface and you'll find a man who's anything but ordinary. Balancing three stressful lives with three very different wives--Barb (Jeanne Tripplehorn), Nicki (Chloe Sevigny), and Margene (Ginnifer Goodwin)--Bill tries his best to negotiate this bizarre living arrangement and help raise his seven children (who happen to be next-door neighbours!). Luckily for Bill, his best friend and fellow polygamist Don Embry (Joel McKinnon Miller) is on hand to offer advice from his own chequered life. This release includes every episode from the show's first series.
