terrible!! I am a huuuge sex and the city fan and totally loved John Corbett in it, but i guess he was the only good thing in this dire movie!!
Terrible! Weak storyline, ironically aweful acting and it just goes on. Half an hour in and I really just didn't care anymore.
Not really a fair review, as I could only manage about 50 minutes of this. It was very slow, boring, and had no interesting characters at all. Not even the lovely Amy Smart could keep me from pressing the stop button.

Very slow plot . A film about nothing really. Only redeeming feature was the happy ending.
I really cant remember anything about this movie. Completely unmemorable.
Marcus Thomas (who?) plays nice-but-dim Peter, a self-confessed 'dull man in a dull job with a dull car' who one day sees a poster outside the local community theatre advertising auditions for the production of 'Cyrano de Bergerac'. He attends and there not only meets the charismatic Mike (John Corbett) and the scatty Grace (Amy Smart) but also lands the lead role of Cyrano. Needless to say, the rest of the story - about love and self-development - is pretty predictable, but the film rolls along nicely in a silly rom-com sorta way. What makes the film, though, are two stand-out cameos: from Sean Astin, as Ken, the annoying ham and Patty Duke in a dual role as the stuffy assistant, Mrs Keene, and Earlene, the lush costume designer. Worth a look!
I really enjoyed this film. It is so nice to see an underdog actually get through.
This was an enjoyable film. Not one that I would rush to watch again but it passed quite pleasantly.
