[Highly rated reviewer]Sean Hayes what have you done,??? after the brilliant Will & Grace, which you were handsomely paid for, i can't believe you picked this load of old tit to appear in - it cant have been for the money. :-(

So DatedBy OscarFreak (417 reviews) from London , 13 Mar 2012I had forgotten I had seen this film many years ago but once the viewing started it came back to me and I have to say it has dated or has the standard of films of the genre improved so much over the intervening years?
Not a complete waste of time, but don't put it to the top of your list!By Nicknacknoodle (24 reviews) from Edinburgh , 07 Aug 2011
[Highly rated reviewer]Hmm, it is okay but did not seem to actually go anywhere. Seen worse, but also seen a lot better.
Is That One Of Those "Paranoid" Cameras?By a customer , 18 May 2011Once it got going, the film was quite entertaining and camp.
If you are looking for Sean Hayes to be the same as he was in 'Will And Grace', then don't bother with this film.
Otherwise, rent it and enjoy it for what it is - a serious story, with a little humour added.
EntertaningBy Randomfilmbuff (327 reviews) from London , 24 Jan 2010If you are expecting jack from 'Will and Grace' you will be mistaken. although i love will and grace this is not a bad thing. sean shows he has more than one string to his bow
although not 'deep' it is quite entertaining and well worth a watch
Well-meaning but...By a customer from London , 23 May 2008I had wanted to see this film for a while for the very shallow reason that Brad Rowe looked quite cute in the stills from it! I was not disappointed in that regard as Mr Rowe proved very easy on the eye.
I didn't realise that Sean Hayes was even in it! Anyone expecting him to be like Jack in 'Will & Grace' will be very diappointed though as Billy is rather wet and humourless.
I think the director's heart was in the right place and there are some nice touches like flashbacks being shown in polaroids but ultimately the film is let down by poor writing and pretty unconvincing acting.
