this dvd is a excellent workout it is quite tiring as you go on but does work

this is by far the best dvd for this type of exercise. Most other dvds have an element of tae bo in them but all fail to explain the techniques required properly. The instructional section is a must for anyone who intends to follow any boxercise/ tae bo style workout on any other dvd without doing themselves an injury. The only downside is the highly irratating blonde who works out behind billy and keeps screaming wooooaaaa! at every opportunity! other than that all other dvds are just copies of this one

this dvd is really hard its good and results are very fast but it was to high impact for me.So if you want a really high workout then buy this
If everybody in the world did Tae Bo twice a week we'd have a planet of healthier happier people.
Best workout ever I used to do karate 4 years before and i have been to the gyms for a few years. The speciality about Tae-Bo workout is that it gets you into right shape. What i mean by right shape is every part of your body look as its supposed to look. Shoulders, Biceps, Abdomen and Legs. Its a complete workout.
However much you exercise with or without equipments If you don't do it right you will never get the shape you desire. You can spend all day in gym and still end up having a huge unshaped body. The best thing about Tae-Bo is that it gets you into best shape without the need for any dumbell, barbell or other costly gym equipments.
The only down side to Tae-Bo workout is that it requires you to be a little flexible. If you are new to any sort of regular exercise you might struggle a bit but then you have Tae-Bo [Gold] just for that. Everything in Tae-Bo [Gold] is in slow motion so you can learn the art first before you practise Tae-Bo Energise or Tae-Bo GetRipped my favourites. Also you get better as you practise more.

This exercise routine is ideal if you are looking to get that elusive six pack. Concentrating on Abs exercises, it is a fast and furious high impact routine but is not as tiring as some of his others.
Good fun and good exercise too!
