Great work out

I love all the Taebo workouts but this one is my fave of all time. Split into 3 workouts. 1 basic, 1 advanced (not for the weak) and a 10 minute workout for when you havent got time. Even the 10 minute is enough to make you huff and puff.
I enjoyed this one so much that i have already purchased it. If you enjoy working out and a challenge then this DVD is for you.- Was this review helpful to you?

Best workout ever I used to do karate 4 years before and i have been to the gyms for a few years. The speciality about Tae-Bo workout is that it gets you into right shape. What i mean by right shape is every part of your body look as its supposed to look. Shoulders, Biceps, Abdomen and Legs. Its a complete workout.
However much you exercise with or without equipments If you don't do it right you will never get the shape you desire. You can spend all day in gym and still end up having a huge unshaped body. The best thing about Tae-Bo is that it gets you into best shape without the need for any dumbell, barbell or other costly gym equipments.
The only down side to Tae-Bo workout is that it requires you to be a little flexible. If you are new to any sort of regular exercise you might struggle a bit but then you have Tae-Bo [Gold] just for that. Everything in Tae-Bo [Gold] is in slow motion so you can learn the art first before you practise Tae-Bo Energise or Tae-Bo GetRipped my favourites.
Also you get better as you practise more.

i'm knackered
By a customer from beverley , 30 Aug 2006this workout video is split into 3 parts an 8 minute workout which is acctualy 16 minutes an advanced workout which is quite hard and lasts an hour and a basic workout which is 29 minutes i recomend this title if you've never done tae bo before as the selections suit every level.- Was this review helpful to you?
