This exercise routine is about half an hour long with the first 10 minutes spent on warm ups. There is no kicking exercises in this version of Billy Blanks, instead he concentrates on the usual punches, speed bag and abs.
It's a good workout, although the music is a bit naff and some of the exercises will test your co-ordination to the full.
According to a review I read somewhere before, you should get Vol. 2 first instead of Vol.1 if you are going to try Tae-bo, so I thought I'll watch what it's like first. In the beginning of this DVD, they tell you to watch the `2nd section' of the DVD first to get used to the routine. It shows you a step-by-step guide to warming and how to do the routine in a slower pace. Overall, it looks easy to follow.
I bought the DVD a few days ago.....now I must take time to actually finish learning the routine !!!! :-)
