If you like boxing and keeping fit well this is for you, easy to follow instructions make this a good workout vid. My wife being a fitness instructor uses these sort of dvd's to get new moves for her aerobics and other fitness classes
All the tae-bo workouts are great; I've tried loads of different types of workout and these are the only ones that never seem to get boring! Another plus is that, unlike some workouts, they don't get too easy after a while - as you improve you can continue to challenge yourself by increasing the extent to which you tense all your muscles throughout the workout - even when you're doing punches or kicks, the more experienced you get the more able you are to simultaneously work your abs etc, and when it starts to get too easy you just squeeze more!
Tae bo really works your muscles without weights, and I have really noticed a difference in the muscle tone of my arms, just from the punches. It also works your abs really well without having to get down on the floor and do sit-ups.
One criticism of this particular one, though, is that it contains a lot of lunges, so if you have knee problems you need to be very careful not to over-stress the knee joints while you're doing them.
Overall though, go for any tae bo dvd, they're all really fun and effective!
