A childhood sweetheart of Steve Austin (Lee Majors), the Bionic Man, Sommers received similiar bionic treatment after a skydiving accident. However, her body did not accept the new limbs, and she almost died. Thanks to more procedures, though, the Bionic Woman returned in her own TV series. This collection includes the episodes "Black Magic" (featuring Vincent Price and Julie Newmar), "Motorcycle Boogie" (featuring Evel Knievel), and "The Jailing of Jaime."

Imagine having bionic hearing, am sure my partner would dread , be able to rip phonebooks with my bare hands and run faster than our porsche.Lyndsey Wagner had the perfect run for the slow motion camera, a credable gaze whilst hearing for miles and a passion for German Shepherds.Another DVD which will launch retro memories, reminders of kitch clothing, did I really dress like her and a historic battle against all odds, we can rebuild you..now aged with aches, bring it on!!
Nostalgia trip Lindsay Wagner is a feisty Meg Ryan/Suzy Quatro type and the best reason for renting this as the special effects are pretty much non-existent they mainly consist of Jamie Sommers bending a bar in slow motion while that clanking mechanical sound is put on the soundtrack. Or a stunt woman jumping off a building in slow motion, obviously onto some trampoline place below, while it cuts to Lindsay Wagner landing on the ground.
Much the same production values as Wonder Woman, but sadly without the cape and lassoo get-up of course. Jamie is more the Aston Martin DB5 - looks good with concealed gadgets, rather than the Batmobile.
Daredevil Evil Knieval pops up as himself in one episode - he knew he was a Steve McClaren lookalike?
